SUMMARY
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and supporting assigned client accounts while ensuring a high level of service delivery, retention, and satisfaction. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating internally to deliver solutions that contribute to revenue growth. The Account Manager works collaboratively across departments, provides guidance to team members when appropriate, and may support sales initiatives to expand business opportunities within their portfolio.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with assigned clients to support retention and satisfaction
- Ensures organizational services consistently meet client expectations
- Supports the retention and renewal process for existing client accounts
- Manages a portfolio of client accounts, including moderately complex accounts as assigned
- Applies strong working knowledge of IMG concepts, practices, and procedures
- Use available company resources, sound judgment, and experience to meet account goals
- May provide guidance or support to junior team members
- Reports to a manager or department leader
- Analyzes client needs and suggests adjustments to products or services to improve outcomes
- Assists with client reporting and contributes to stewardship and renewal meetings
- Supports sales activities and may assist in identifying or developing new business opportunities
- Occasional domestic or international travel may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational, documentation, and follow‑up skills
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Associate degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required
- IMG experience preferred
- Bilingual skills (verbal and written) a plus
