SUMMARY

The Implementation Analyst plays a key role in driving successful project execution by managing assigned implementation efforts from initiation through closure. This role is responsible for defining scope, establishing tasks, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and effective delivery. The Implementation Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, track milestones and tasks, and maintain alignment with business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review assigned implementation requests and work with cross-functional implementation teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Lead breakdown of implementation efforts into actionable tasks and timelines.
  • Track progress of implementation tasks and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution and handoffs.
  • Monitor risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.
  • Facilitate regular status updates with stakeholders and team members and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned implementations.
  • Coordinate with IT resources to move requirements through to production; support the resolution of production issues.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
  • Archive project materials and update internal systems as needed.
  • Review implementation standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and process adherence.
  • Collaborate with EPMO leadership, project management, and cross-departmental teams to allocate resources and track utilization for assigned projects and implementations.
  • Ensure timely communication with the Manager, Systems Configuration regarding status of all work being performed  


 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, implementation, or business analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead and complete projects through collaboration with others, including coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance in group settings.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in bridging the gap between business operations and technology across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with various software development methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently 


 

PREFERRED SKILLS 

  • B.S. or B.A. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Project management or business analysis certification
